Returns for a Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your Lit Lux case, your case may be returned for any reason within 14 calendar days. Return shipping charges and £3 restocking fee are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Lit Lux LTD reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.
Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
If you ordered the wrong case for your phone model, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct case if your order has already been fulfilled. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered case in it's original box. Once we receive your case in good working order, we will process your refund.
Lit Lux LTD will make every attempt to accommodate, but does not guarantee domestic exchange for customer order errors. International exchanges will not be accommodated for customer order errors.
Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution Policy
Lit Lux LTD agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Card hold will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Lit Lux LTD and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
For all returns, please insert a note including your Name, Order number and the phone case model and colour, this will help to speed up the refund or exchange process.
