All international taxes and duty are the responsibility of the customer. Any item that is abandoned in customs at the destination country will not be refunded. No refund will be made for lost packages due to an incorrect address. (A valid receipt and tracking number will always be provided to show that your order has been shipped to the destination address).
All International orders are shipped tracked and signed for via Royal Mail or DHL. Shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company although every effort will be made to locate any delayed or lost-in-transit packages.
